I think it's time for some Immatree.
Quilzax asked:
In Rift I can ride a mount right away at level 1. Why not in WoW?
Honestly, I wouldn't be very surprised to see Blizzard give mounts to level 1 players some day. They might just make all toons have the basic riding skill and give everyone free basic mounts, or they might create a new lower-level riding skill. Every other game on the planet seems to want people to be able to mount up right away (no doubt so you can have "kewl" mounts without working for them, like you did in that "old" game WoW).
I honestly don't like it. Maybe I'm just an old fart, but back in the day, you used to have to work to get a mount. And damnit, I like that.
Fallemwarrior asked:
I know its a longshot but seeing zg and za come back, it might be possible to see a new troll raid?
Blizzard has dropped some hints lately that there is more to come. I wouldn't rule it out for the future. Zarhym said recently:
There's a lot of new content in Cataclysm. There's also a plethora of updated content to advance the story.
Likewise, there's plenty of new content still to come in this expansion. But, we're also going to keep moving existing themes forward when the story calls for it. There were specific reasons for originally entering Zul'Gurub and Zul'Aman, but those reasons by no means wrap up the story of the ancient troll empire. These city ruins still serve a major purpose in troll lore, beyond just providing new locations to gain loot.
We're moving the story of the troll nations forward, and hope you recognize and enjoy that. Hakkar and Zul'jin are gone now. Even so, that doesn't make Zul'Gurub and Zul'Aman irrelevant as key locations of Azeroth.
--
We'll have more information to share on the return of Zul'Aman and Zul'Gurub soon. But for now I'll say this: there is a center of troll civilization yet to be seen in World of Warcraft. There was once an ancient empire of troll tribes united. Zul'Aman and Zul'Gurub becoming key points of interest in Cataclysm plays into this. Perhaps something has happened to once again call for the unity of the disaffected tribes. Perhaps a certain tribe with allegiances elsewhere sees this as a very bad thing. ;)

Panteleone asked:
I'm just wondering if this isn't a little soon to be pushing out a new raid tier. Have all that many guilds cleared the current tier? I consider my raiding guild to be about average and we're roughly halfway through the current content.
It's a good thing to wonder, but fear not, the PTR is just that -- a test realm. This patch won't make it to the live realms for a few months.

AHhhgggg my question got onto the queue! should i feel this giddy?
MattKrotzer Mar 3rd 2011 11:08AM
It's always exciting.

There hasn't been a WoW expansion without at least some Troll related content (zul'drak & instances in Wrath). I'm not that sure about a raid but can't rule it out either.

my guess would be in 4.3 they might add the isle of zandalar the troll capital which might contain a Zul'dazar raid and maybe a dungeon like Sunwell Plateau
we could compare the addition of ZA and ZG in 4.2 to the addition of The Crusaders' Coliseum in 3.1 and then in 3.2 the raid was introduced so maybe in 4.3 we will see a troll raid (not sure if that makes sense)

sorry i meant 4.1 and 4.2 not 4.2 and 4.3

Question:
Isn't Zul Aman STILL a level 70 raid we can enter?!
Can we go farm stuff NOW before it become an 85 heroic (Mostly thinking of the frog I never got)?
Cephas Mar 3rd 2011 2:12PM
No, ZA will not be available as a 70 raid after 4.1. Keep in mind that 4.1 is still very far from finished, so you should have plenty of time to get your pet frogs. (I got mine a few days ago and it really didn't take that long).
Ringo Flinthammer Mar 3rd 2011 3:18PM
Yeah, if you want Mojo, go now. I did it in about an hour of soloing all the trash.
Ianmis Mar 3rd 2011 3:30PM
@Cephas
Been wondering that myself but I don't remember seeing it say in the blue post of the original announcement that ZA wouldn't still be there in 70 form. Can you link the actual post stating as much? Or a post that mentions that mojo won't be available in another way? It seems silly to bring back the bear just to get rid of the frog.

I wrote this for my guildies to explain why i was quitting the game (i'm not good at serious stuff), and as a long-time reader of WoWinsider, i thought i'd share it with the Queue.
Here is my (oh so harsh)breakup letter to Warcraft:
I'm sure you're wondering why you haven't seen me online as much as i used to. the reason is...i've been playing another game. Her name is Rift, and she's a lot like you...except more exciting and dangerous, with better special effects.
It started a few weeks ago, actually. At first, i only downloaded her Beta, never with the intent of leaving you, but as i saw more of her world, i couldn't come back to your quests, which i've seen too many times to count for the last three years.
So, it may be just a fling or something more, but you know i'll be back if it doesn't work out with Rift. I'll always remember the epics you gave me, and the times i farmed your content with my friends.

I watched the 2nd video you linked Lily, and also watched this one:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQJFvIuIdRo&feature=related
And I have to say, that while you have more control when you sing, the raw talent isn't there to sing (not that I have raw talent either).
I think you're a pretty girl, and could probably do better than flashing your boobs in your videos though.
Lilydruid Mar 3rd 2011 8:01PM
Thank you for taking the time to watch my videos.
The one you posted was recorded last year at the same time as Imma Tree. That can't really be used in determining any type of improvement, which was what I was talking about before.
More recent stuff like "Don't Turtle Me" and "Santa Baby" will give you a better idea of my improvement both in terms of voice, and in the noticibely less amount of boobage.
I have considered taking my older videos down, but I am not ashamed. I am still a work in progress. I will grow, change and hopefully improve.
My boobs will be in some videos, and not in others. It is just the way it is, but I don't want that to be the reason people watch or don't watch. I just want people to look at the work. The songs, the machinima, the effort and give it a fair evaluation. But in the end people will either like it or not, for whatever reasons they choose.
Thanks again.

FAME THROUGH BREASTS.
MattKrotzer Mar 3rd 2011 11:08AM
To give credit, she gets some fame for the terrible singing, too.
com5 Mar 4th 2011 1:59AM
she was singing? was nobody watching it on mute?
aedonix Mar 3rd 2011 11:24AM
Katie Price says hello BTW
Natsumi Mar 3rd 2011 11:42AM
@Matt
Not to mention the fact that she fails at putting on makeup, has no ability to dance, the lyrics are terrible, the music is awful, her costume looks like an 8th grader slapped it together in Home Ec class, the video itself was poorly done, and to top it all off she really wasn't very attractive. But I guess some people can look past that to see breasts.
fallemwarrior Mar 3rd 2011 11:45AM
ADAM! i thought you were better than this! why would u put a Katy Parry video up there!
MattKrotzer Mar 3rd 2011 11:51AM
Katy Parry. She's a DK tank.
Phil Mar 3rd 2011 11:51AM
I'd still hit it.
