I don't think there are many mobs that are resistant to DK diseases. I haven't gotten mine high level enough to say for sure, but I can tell you that on multiple occasions, my spriest's Devouring Plague comes up as immune on mechanical enemies (Deadmines) but I see full DK diseases on the very same enemies.
