One other nice bit of CC that I was surprised you didn't mention is Banish. Totally locks out elementals and demons, and Cataclysm has LOTS of elementals. You're combat locked once you cast it, but you can still run a very long way (far enough to leash) if you need to once the elemental is banished. Better still, you can cast it in the middle of a multi-target pull gone messy and not worry about anyone's AoE damage breaking the effect. Only downside to it is that if it's recast before it expires, it actually breaks.
