My old UI (ditched about six months back) had Dominoes action-bars in an ark around the top and right of my character, so I could see the global cooldown, and select convenient emergency buttons. This has been replaced with me putting VuhDo there.

Reason: eyesight. I can't easily see buttons at the edges and bottom of my screen without moving my eyes towards them. I blame it on getting a super-sized screen!
