I prefer Drood Focus for my buff/debuff/CP count tracking. It does cooldowns, shoves energy in your face, has a threat meter, and even has little indicators of where your energy needs to be for Shred/Rip/Rake. It plays sounds when leaving combat and has some stupid blood splatter thing on the screen, but you can turn those off.

It also has cooldown indicators that work on any class, so you can just leave it on when you're on an alt.
