Around Azeroth: Tomorrow the green grass
Arugadh of The Seekers of Truth on Farstriders (US-A) writes, "Cataclysm has been constantly amazing me with the sheer gorgeousness and detail of the graphics, even in areas that are only for one short, low level, or a couple short quests, or only in passing. This is from the Lost Isles, where the gobs flee to after their home is destroyed. I was so caught by the sheer distance and the beauty of the volcano shot that I just stood there for a good five minutes, admiring. Shortly after this, you're fleeing in a mine cart at a breakneck pace across molten-hot glowing red rock -- again, GORGEOUSLY done, but I couldn't get back to those areas to get the screens, and you go by too fast to get decent screens at the time. Darn."

One thing I have truly loved about levelling any character since the Cataclysm has been admiring the world. Azeroth has never been so beautiful :-)

Amen. With the patch right before Cata, I spent a good hour wandering Stormwind & gawking at the sheer beauty of its new look, right down to the cobblestones and water. I'm a graphics-geek like that.
Though I am being upset that such an awesome area as the gobs' starting area (Kezhan) is only for use for the first five levels, then you never see it again, and there's no apparent way to get back to it. Yeah, yeah, it was blown up with the volcano, but STILL....

This is why I hammer my screenshot button *constantly*...

I have massive amounts of screenshots.
How massive?
Last time I counted, I had over 80,000.
Up until the 4.0.1 patch, my screenshots took up more room than the game.
I could probably piece together an image of SW from almost every angle and every spot.

At least the worgen starter zone can be revisited, even if it's seen as empty.

@Drakkenfyre: sounds like someone needs to start submitting to Around Az, too. :)

A Jayhawks reference?! Nice.
They should have a new album out this spring/summer
