Colby, IMO a 5-button mouse is perfect for PvP or high-end PvP if you don't want a super complex naga mouse. Use one of the side mouse buttons as your interrupt, and I prefer to have my other side button as a cleanese/dispel/decurse button.

Your mouse-hand thumb can be an extremely awesome tool, especially for interrupting those super fast channeled casts. I usually bind that key to the same one as my number 9 keybind which I never press on the keyboard, but use on my action bars as a cooldown timer.
