I also have big hands (quite common that) and also use WASD.

What I find though is that I often shift from roving pinkie to roving index depending on what I am doing, and like Pyro I find the ALT key a lot easier to use.

As a bit of an altoholic as well I also find it useful to bind defensive CDs, intrupts to the same keys over all chars (e.g. ALT+V = Barkskin, Shieldwall, Deterrance etc).

Last tip: scroll+up, scroll+down (+ALT, SHIFT, CTRL) a lot of skills bound with very little hand movement.
(E.g. from 2v2 with druid - up=Rej, Down=regrowth, ALT+UP=Rej partner, ALT+down=regrowth partner)
