This and Lol Barad were the two things that kept me going through the dark night of the end of WotLK and the exceedingly uninspired build up to Cataclysm, and the failure of both to live up to my expectations were two of the bigger reasons (of many, to be fair) why I canceled my accounts last month. It's not too late for the developers to make them right, and I can see where they are at least trying in the case of Lol Barad, but in the interim they're great examples of Blizzard's PvP team not thinking things through.
