@zanshato9000The reason for honor points being added to battlegrounds was so that teams would have a reason to keep playing them. Otherwise they would simply get their conquest points and be done for the week, leaving a lack of teams to compete against.Having personally only done a couple rated bg's the biggest problem that i saw was too much healing which they are addressing in 4.1. It seemed like some teams would stack too many healers and make it almost impossible to kill the flag carrier or create really long deadlocks.I think the solution would to be for there to be 3 tiers instead of 21st tier.-Honor points for regualar battlegrounds2nd tier- Conquest points for better gear with the weekly cap set at what it is now3rd tier- ******* points for rated battlegrounds wins and arena wins over the 2200 cap the rewards for these points would be the gear you can only get now with the 2200 ratingNot a perfect system but honestly i think there should be some worthwhile rewards for doing rated bgs (besides a title). Everyone that i have been in has been a slugfest that always takes a huge chunk of time and if your willing to put in the time and effort there should be a worthwhile reward. I mean hardly noone would raid ten mans if you could get the same quality gear by grouping with a friend or two and killing a couple random creatures. There has to be an equal reward for the effort.
