Our guild is not PvP focussed. A few days ago we tried a rated BG only to have a look how it goes.
10v10 was in all occassions Capture the flag, which isn't really as good as it sounds.

Moreover Blizzard forgotten to align teams to their skills. We experienced decent rated guilds "crushing" us more than one time in rated BG. This isn't really motivating.

On one hand, rated BG isn't Arena after all as you have to accomplish different goals (like capturing a flag), on the other hand Arena teams might be more successful concerning their starting experience in guild PvP.
