Whoa! EJ is technically out of date and will be for quite some time until somebody else picks up Consider's work.

That said, expertise isn't necessarily required for Unholy because the spec isn't GCD-capped and a large portion of its damage (Diseases, Death Coil, pet damage) isn't affected by the stat, whereas only diseases manage to dodge the expertise requirement for Frost.
