Apparently, this was either a ruse, a goof or a massive misunderstanding, as a Bungie representative clarified David Aldridge's comments at GDC as being nothing more than a tongue-in-cheek joke. |

Kinda funny how Massively's had a ton of stuff on Rift, but all these are non-Rift updates ;P (probably more of a coincidence though, since RIft's mainly gotten the user content updates and official launch, as opposed to the head start).

That or WoWinsider was told to shut the hell up about Rift and stop promoting it.

Massively covers dozens of MMOs every week. RIFT got the highlight last week because it was RIFT's launch week. This week there were other major items. Specifically GDC.
