Customer "recovery" specialist for 10 years. I actually looked at our call stats at one of my previous jobs. In a given hour, we had over 1000 customers call, 900-ish were just to place orders. 100 or so were complaints, the rest were inquiries or compliments. Out of those hundred, not every one was a liar.. and yea, I agree, you can tell when someone is pushing for more than they deserve, but the numbers don't lie either.Had similar numbers cited to me at another job too. Maybe it's just Canada where the amount of people out to game the system are low.
