"Westfall had a great ending"
....what.
"Westfall had a great ending"
...........what?
"Westfall had a -great- -ending.-"
.......I'm sorry, I seem to have missed something.
Please, do inform me of where you found this "great ending" because I seem to have misplaced it.
Do you...ride to the rescue of Sentinel Hill alongside the Stormwind Army? No.
Do you...retake Sentinel Hill from the claws of the Defias? Well, no.
Do you...drive the rebuilt Brotherhood out of Stormwind's towns back to their base in the mines? Uhm...no.
Do you...even get to kill Vanessa? No. You don't. Come back in seventy levels. Sucker.
Westfall doesn't HAVE an ending. The story doesn't end, it just STOPS. Gryan Stoutmantle sends you off to Lakeshire while calmly ignoring the fact that his fighters are trading blows with an army of bandit thugs. And if you ever come back? Yep, they're still trading punches.
And even the end of the Deadmines sucks. Oooh, you get to kill a WACKY MURLOC and make a phone call to Mathias Shaw! Here, have one more CSI joke for being a good boy.
Westfall has the worst conclusion to any zone I've ever seen, in the entire history of WoW's storylines. Yes, I'm going to go all the way out on that limb and say that. It's -that- bad.

Mike Sacco's incredibly wacky voice inflection makes this podcast hard to listen to.
Also, please drop the Kracken and okkamagosh things. It was entertaining at first, but now it's just getting old.

I still like Aka'Magosh as a greeting (short, to the point, reminds you what you're listening to and who it is).
Kracken, it needs to go. I'd stopped listening for a while because the show was really dry for a long while after Mike/Turpster left. When I started listening again, I was happier overall (loving the McCurley), but the kracken thing made no sense and certainly wasn't worth a solid minute bit every week.
"The kracken is missing."
"The kracken is snuggling in its new home."
"The kracken is good."
"The kracken is finishing its college degree."
"The kracken is baking peanut butter cookies."
"The kracken is fighting desperately to escape my gross, sweaty chest hair."
"The kracken is staring down a cat."
"The kracken itself has grown tired of the kracken schtick."
Now that I think about it, could you put that minute towards having more conversation resolution at the end of the podcast rather than being cut off so abruptly every time?

Everyone's welcome to their opinion so I'm not downrating or anything, but I personally think the Krakken stuff is funny. Some weeks it's funnier than others, but I've never considered it to be annoying.
So there's my two cents as well.

Aka'magosh is a cool greeting, its brand identity!
The kraken references are getting a bit strained as of late. Trying too hard perhaps?

I remember in the Kezan starting area, the mad scientist in the blue and white suit mentions something about the Gilgoblins being HIS idea (more of pretending it wasn't his idea, rather).

His name, I've found, is Hobart Grapplehammer.

Why do the Friday x.5 news roundup podcast when you are going to talk about it in the primary podcast the following week? Looking at the GDC discussion; it was like the Friday podcast didnt happen.
I figured doing the Friday news podcast would free up the Monday podcast for more segments and more lore, but doesnt seem that way quite yet.

Outland is so empty because unless you are a pally tank, it's tedious to level through, and frankly it's so outdated it now sucks. It's like saying "Hey lets play old school Vanilla wow, wouldn't that be fun?". The main problem is as has been stated many times, you go 1-60 very fast with updated mechanics, and cool new quests, quest rewards and zones, and then time warp back 2 expansions to worn out content, that for almost 10 levels offers nothing better gear or reward wise( unless you are a raider) than you already gained in Cata, until you hit wrath content. When cata launched I actually passed up 90% of Northrend by doing Archeology instead for 8 levels. Took longer but had more fun.. going to try the same thing but this time with outland instead. I despise outland in case you havent guessed yet. Ok Nagrand and Hemmetts quests are fun.
