It was back in Wrath, where the only spell I'd cast was Holy Light.

When a tank got hit, I could see the boss hit them. When an add was on a player, I would see them getting beat up. When someone gets a debuff, they usually glow or have a spell effect on them. That was the entire point of the exercise: to see all of the little things that you would normally miss.
