Wow your timing is great. As a rogue I was assigned to interrupt all of Halfus's Shadow Novas last night. This was the first time for me with Storm Rider active. At 50% I inadvertently kicked -- as a knee-jerk reaction to seeing the cast bar -- Halfus's first Furious Roar -- which threw the timing of my kick CD off and I could not interrupt the subsequent cast causing the raid to eat one. I use Quartz as well, and was thinking this morning about looking for a way to turn off or eliminate cast bars for spells that are not interruptible.
