Voice normalization is just too good to pass up. No more "that guy who speaks too loud/too low" anymore!
Also the low latency is just crazy. When our guild got Mumble, we tried it by watching the same TV show and see if the sound sync and OMG wow very surprised with our little experiment on mumble's performance.
Also new in their ver 1.2.3 you can have voice priority so raid leaders don't need to shout the loudest anymore.
And we haven't had any problem with pugs when we requested for them to use it. All of them had no problem installing and setting it up (with a few that needs extra attention).
