i find it hilarious that thats the topic for the queue when i just finished doing valiona and theralion.IF THAT DRAGON ISNT A RAGING HOMOSEXUAL I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO THINK ANY MORE
Also: old Theralion voice.

The male blood elfs (and quite a few other voices including malygos) are voiced by Cam Clarke, a openly gay voice actor.

@MaxilimusWhich means what?
Another strange character:Chromie's full name is Chromaggus. That would imply a male bronze dragon. Yet he's a female gnome. Figure that one out :)
3-10-2011 @ 11:22AM
Theralion has abilities named Dazzling Destruction and Fabulous Flames...enough said!
I was always under the assumption that Hearthsinger Forresten was intended to be homosexual, from the wording on his "oddly colored and flamboyant-sounding gear".http://www.wowpedia.org/Hearthsinger_Forresten

I adored Theralion's old voice.Chromie, a male bronze dragon with a female gnome avatar - why do folks always seem to associate crossdressing with homosexuality? There are plenty of straight guys who cross genders with their in-game avatars. I think they made this point in an Ask A Faction Leader last year.I miss those columns, by the way.

Has anyone else noticed the repeated teasing of male bloodelves in this expansion? The questline in ungoro crater, the badlands... a few other places too, but I can't think of them off the top of my head.
3-10-2011 @ 11:35AM
@daan - Chromie's full name is actually Chronormu. Chromaggus is the two-headed draconic core hound boss in BWL.
3-10-2011 @ 11:36AM
Chromie isnt Chromaggus http://www.wowwiki.com/Chronormu
3-10-2011 @ 11:37AM
@michael.separovich"...i just finished doing valiona and theralion"You mean... like... at the same time?
3-10-2011 @ 11:41AM
"Chromie isnt Chromaggus"Or ISN'T she? It's the Bronze Dragonflight, remember. Maybe Chromaggus is Chromie's future incarnation? Or maybe Chromaggus is Nozdormu's future incarnation? OR DID I JUST BLOW YOUR MIND???
@Papa, that may be true, but Hearthsinger Forresten is almost certainly a reference to the Pied Piper - "pied" meaning "multi-colored" or "decorated in varied patches".@Cheeselandman, the teasing of male blood elves has been around roughly as long as male blood elves. Just listen to their /silly emotes sometime. ;)

Isabel Jones the daily JC quest giver anyone? ; )
3-10-2011 @ 12:07PM
If I remember correctly, for the orc "The Day That Deathwing Came" quest one of the 'smoking babes' you can choose is a male night elf, so I suppose that's something...

Considering how many more female nelfs there seems to be than male and how before WoW almost all males were druids and would slumber in the Emerald Dream for thousands of years at a time, I wouldn't be surprised if there are many lesbians in their ranks... I could say the same thing for dwarves considering how many more males there are for them and yes I know they are all portrayed as manly and rugged warriors but so were the Spartans and they openly encouraged their warriors to have homosexual relationships with eachother like the rest of the Greek states (despite what 300 might imply).
