Who said that not participating was him neglecting his job? I said nothing to that effect. Rather, I said it was probably in everyone's best interest (both his and the community) that he stop posting.I believe he's doing an excellent job as a system's designer. I believe he does thorough research and makes educated decisions. I've never believed posting was a necessary part of his job function and that when he gave insight to the community, it was a bonus.You say that was an example of being awesome, but it looks to me like someone who's frustration level has reached an unhealthy level and feels the need to attack a poster who isn't contributing because he's taken it personally (which is generally a sign that you feel there's some truth to the criticism).Please stop putting words in my mouth.
