Then you must be a sheltered or an in-denial bigot. Name me one group that's as universally hated and reviled by multiple religious and ethnic groups than homosexuals.

In the U.S. over 50% of the population doesn't believe that homosexuals should have equal rights. In the Middle East, most Middle Eastern countries, being gay is punishable by death. It's much maligned in Africa and a huge portion of Asia.

Even in Europe, there's still pockets of homophobia.

So it's not hyperbole when the majority of the world DOES think you're dirt. So before you open your mouth about being "logical" maybe do some research first?
