If we are going for stuff we thought up, but not necessarily was added because of your request, I thought up Tackleboxes long ago. However, my implementation was different. Instead of being a bag, it was an Engineering-created device that didn't require Engineering to use. It was BOE, and you used it to get fishing lures. It was created with a Engineering toolbox, 10 of each level of fishing lures (worms, shiny baubles, fish attractor, and sharpened hooks) and when used applied a lure to your fishing pole. The lure scaled with your fishing level, so you would start off with worms, then go to shiny baubles, then later lures. It was non-consumable, and had the same duration as normal lures. It was a thing to save bag space and give Engineers something to make some money off of.However, when I suggested it, it was pointed out it couldn't be better than the fishing hat from the STV fishing derby, so I said the top-end lures in the box should be downgraded a bit to keep it from competing with it. Someone else suggested it be a ground-placed item which gave everyone around it a boost to fishing. Then a suggestion came in that it also dispensed beer like the Pony Keg.

I think your idea was cooler than the actual implementation =\
