For AoE it would be awesome if Arcane Explosion had a 'Blood & Thunder' or 'Impact' like effect. Where it spread any existing Arcane Blast stacks to all enemies taking damage from it. With the buff to allow AE to benefit from the AB stack, I think that would more than fix the Arcane AoE tree. I think it would be fair if AE was the highest AoE dps available for a mage. I think this because you have to be in the middle of the adds to do it...which is quite risky in any of the raids today (think Magmaw or Cho'gall).
