I hate to say it, but they REALLY flubbed the endgame in Cata. Badly. It's just not as fun as Wrath was. The healing model changes still leave a bad taste in my mouth, and I really hated playing my own main in endgame for so long (As a mage, Arcane was pathetic, Fire was far less fun due to the over-focus on mana management, and Frost, well, Blizzard still doesn't seem to know what they're doing with this spec). At least the old world changes and questlines are still new and fresh. Those, coupled with all the friends I still have playing WoW, mean I'll be back at some point. But for now, Rift is a lovely change of pace, and face it, their class system outstrips WoW's by far. WoW could seriously stand to take some notes here.
