No, it's not just you. I did them *ONCE*, then never returned to Twilight Highlands. Even when there weren't even any other players there, and everything was synced up for once, the dwarves pretty much ignored the orcs and came after me. Some of them got pulled off me long enough to grab a quest item, but for 90% of my two hours there (!), I was killing infinite spawns of dwarves just trying to stay alive. I think my record was 13 in a row before running back to the river delta because I couldn't take it anymore (and my pet finally died).
