I don't know if there's a way to make one aura for the two variables (Seal and Blessing), personally I make two auras then link them using the box under the buff name. And as Chase so rightly says, make sure you invert them, or you'll end up very confused.

The other thing to note is that alot of the auras will only start working after you've closed the power auras box entirely. If I leave the setup panel open then it won't activate properly.

Oh and don't set up auras in a city. Again, no idea why, but being in Org or Stormwind stops a load of auras working for me. Just step outside and set them up- there are plenty of critters to test things on in most cases, or if setting up pvp auras, find a friend to come with you!
