Yes, there's no need for [nomodifier].

I tend to use dual macros working like:

/cast [modifier][button:2] SeldomUsedPower; CommonlyUsed Power

If I left click a button it will use "CommonlyUsedPower". If I right click or hold alt, shift or control while clicking I get "SeldomUsedPower"
