I was on my paladin alt just roaming around, about 5 minutes before server shutdown when my NPC scan went off. Checked it out and had seen the figurine, had never heard of it before but decided to click it and was lifted up in a tornado, went to a loading screen and suddenly I was in feralas, with ugly looking at me. Killed him just before server went down. (Super easy fight btw) then looted my camel. Server reset, and I logged back in at the same spot, killed him again and looted a second one. Second one is useless but I do have 2! :D
