NPCscan. The only figurine I found, I NEVER would've seen without NPCscan. Thing was tiny, next to a tree and hidden by the fronds of a nearby plant. Not saying you won't ever stumble upon one by happenstance, but, if you are actively searching these out without NPCscan, you are doing it wrong. they can be targeted also, so macro "/target mysterious camel figurine" works. good luck
