On this topic I have a Q for the Queue:Has Blizz ever talked about implementing a damage-taken visual effect on your armor? Similar to how a character gets scars or ages in the "Fable" franchise games? It could work by taking into account how many points of your durability loss you've accumulated on each [major] piece of armor. If not a permanent effect (someone who's had armor for years looks more banged up than someone who just bought the same kind) then at least deteriorate as the durability approaches 00/xx then gets shiny after repairing again.
