Reforginator has been hit or miss from what I've seen. A couple of Resto druids in my guild played with it when it was first released and spent days arguing about the results. IIRC, Reforginator was telling one of them to reforge for Mastery in every possible slot, whereas a quick cruise over to the Wowhead Druid forums tells me that Mastery is one of the worst secondary stats for Resto.

Askmrrobot.com has been far more reliable for me. Even if you don't like or agree with it's results, you can plug in your own stat weights to make sure you're getting as optimized as possible.
