This was a really good read Anne! I do have to disagree with you about Rhonin not being a "hero" though. Throughout history, the bible, and mythology, heroes initially were very flawed individuals. Rhonin is a hero because he didn't choose to live a "normal" life. Despite his arrogance, stubborness, and how negatively he may feel about his life, the fact that he accepts his duty makes him one of the purest heroes ever.
