The Daily Quest: Giving a few pointers

WoW Insider's on a Daily Quest to bring you interesting, informative and entertaining WoW-related links from around the blogosphere.
I love my guild. It could have something to do with the fact that my guild spent a large portion of our raid night discussing the intricacies of Rebecca Black's "Friday," including deliberating whether or not we would prefer to kick it in the front or back seat along with threats from the guild leader that he would cancel Friday entirely if we continued to wipe on bosses. Or maybe it's the way everyone jumps to help out when I log on and ask for screenshot volunteers, out of the goodness of their hearts.
Regardless, they lined up like little troopers and /pointed their hearts out for me last night, because today's Daily Quest is all about the subject of giving pointers:
- Feral Aggression has some pointers for the PvP kitty cats out there.
- Jinxed Thoughts presents some pointers for successful raiding.
- Light's Fury points out the concept of understanding value when dealing with the AH.
- Lastly, Gauss' Adventures points out the many reasons why you may fail at emoting.

I've been busy covering a few topics, from general WoW issues to Rogue-specific things. Figure I might give them some props here. They might fit a future Daily Quest theme. :D
http://prayerofknives.wordpress.com/2011/03/20/how-to-fix-rated-battlegrounds/ - Rated BGs aren't where they need to be. This is how to fix 'em.
http://prayerofknives.wordpress.com/2011/03/17/insta-stealth-ahoy/ - Rogues get Supa-Stealth in 4.1. It's almost confirmed. Here's why other classes will cry. Harder.

I have pointers to give; when you make a joke on your little blog, make sure the entire internet understands tongue-in-cheek humour or you'll end up splashed all over PC Gamer, Massively and MMORPG.com as a foaming at the mouth nerd-rager. It's pretty fascinating though:

/RAGEQUIT is an often funny, sometimes informative, new blog about playing WoW in Cataclysm. There is a bit of a warlock bias, but Arcane Mages have ben featured. :D

Today, Rapid Fire (my hunter/achievement blog) covers the entire history of hunter tier sets in the game. Ranging from the first ever dungeon set to our current tier 11 raid set.
I talk about some of the history of tier sets and how they were obtained back in the day (and to some extent, how to still obtain them) and my views on the looks.
At the end I give my top 3 best looking / worst looking sets. :)
