I think ppl dont quite realise how much stress the new guild system is putting on guilds atm. Many guilds are strugling to keep raiding numbers cause ppl were expecting resenable progress trying to maintain real life comitments. Thats not the case and when one person stop - the whole progress is halted for 2-3 weeks... and by that time more ppl have probably lost intrest. Still the guild system keeps ppl in those guilds .. but unhappy and causing alot of stress and issues cause quite frankly... ppl are bored to death.Patch 4.1 is offering nothing to solve any of these guild problems.Firelands is needed.. and its needed now. Tier 11 is overtuned in terms of keeping a reletivly resonable progress for "normal" players that just want to do the raid content and progress at the same time. 10 man raids are way to hard on ppl in terms of balance and one person missing usually means the raid is undergeard for progress. And Blizzard is ignoring everything atm. Patch 4.1 is not offering progression for main characters and ppl that have lifes try to balance their gameplay towards progressing just one. Those ppl are leaving in masses atm.

Agreed. Normal raids should be easier, keep the heroic versions with the heroic difficulty they are currently at.
