As a tank, I've noticed more dps flat out telling grps I'm in that we are skipping this boss or that boss. I for one don't mind doing extra bosses. So when a dps tells the grp this I politely tell them we will be doing said boss, because there is always someone who asks if we can do said boss, and if they don't like it they can leave. Another dps can be found in seconds.
