i'm looking for one that works better than the one packaged with CTMod, but with the same type look (text and time for the buff)

AuraFrames could be what you want. You can create custom buff or debuff bars, change position, style (icons, bars, etc) and how they behave. You can also specify things like source/target, and filter out certain buffs or debuffs.
