Is there an addon that allows you to "focus" multiple targets? Essentially create little clickable windows or portraits. For example, tanking Halfus and needing to swap targets for taunts, it would be great to set up little frames on the fly for Halfus and whatever dragon I'm swapping between. Or in PVP (or PVE) if there's something that's CCed or otherwise that I want to keep an eye on and be able to quickly target. I'm not overly fond of how big the default focus frame in game is, and sometimes it shows more than I need. I would love to be able to "focus" more than one target...

Well this is just a marginal answer, but in arena I use gladius. Right above Healbot (where my teammates are) are the opponents, with icons, health/power/ and castbars, and it even shows how long they are in CC and if they already used their trinkets.

Really offtopic but everyone who is doing arena, try Watchout. Its little invisible castbars that only show up if someone is casting something on you, with a class icon. It saved me from numerous hexes/sheeps, etc.
