If the video doesn't make a lot of sense, don't worry. You're not alone. It was created as a response to the Fukkireta meme, it seems, and shares all the incomprehensibility of its memetic cousins. I worry about the gnome, though; it seems she'd get dizzy doing that for long.

Ok, why was this posted? I just don't get it (yes I know your not suppose to) but 1.5 minutes of a gnome bouncing back and forth seems like a pretty week movie. Maybe there is some detail I am missing? Please enlighten me.

I love the Gnome females as much as anyone but that was over after 5 seconds. I could see why that was made. If they were like 14 and that was there first attempt. Not sure why WoW insider would choose to showcase it but hey. Different strokes.

It looks like they actually cleaned up the gnome model a bit...
Either that or I'm just really used to playing at minimum graphic details. The only thing is that while the gnome was singing you couldn't really tell their expression, I'm used to gnomes smiling.

Since gnomes possess dizzying intellect, they are, in fact, dizzy at all times, at least while conscious. Since this is their normal state of being, they're used to it and function normally despite being dizzy. Well, as "normal" as they ever do...

I'm so not into this sort of Japanese... whatever that was. I have to give the creator credit for lip-sync and character work.
This sort of music is like fingernails on a chalkboard of a "She Who Must Not Be Named" level of bad.
