Agreed Lisa, in my raids you can come very prepared or come with vent, preferably both. But with neither, and without really making a solid reasoning as to why, I'd probably have replaced you if I had anyone to come in. I can sympathize with you being kind of lambasted by the officer; the job of an officer is to solve and move on rather than incite drama. Neither of you handled that very well, and he was probably the bigger culprit, but take care of your business and the situation could have been totally avoided
