I disagree, Ian. It seems a bit odd to expect to be treated well when you don't stop for a minute to try to restart vent.

Note that it is not mentioned that he attempted to fix vent. Folks could tell he was having issues, a simple "one sec while I try to fix vent" at the start of the problem would have probably been all that was needed.

Clearly there was a failure on both sides here. Main Tank getting fed up, OP neglecting to try the obvious from the start.

Lisa is simply saying that while both had some issues, this was really a no-brainer.
