The guy came out and told them that he was having problems and wasn't acknowledged. Had he even said I'm going to restart Vent, this group sounds like the type that would have cared less and still made it all his fault.

If they would have said anything along the lines ok see if you can fix it, they wouldn't have had issues. Technical problems sometimes can't be fixed in seconds, give the guy a break. He did everything right as expected of the situation.

As for the RL publicly bashing him and not listening to him try to resolve the issues, he should be taken out back and beaten. Lisa, you definetly came out on your response as "That Guy."
