Around Azeroth: I'm burning for you
Aunix of No Thanks on Firetree (US-H) accepted what she figured would be a simple daily quest: Put the dragon Aeosera in its place. However, when it comes to giant, fire-breathing lizards, nothing is ever simple. Lesson learned? "Next time I contract a job to put a dragon in its place, I'll take the money up front."

Oooh ... that one reminds me of what happened to a pally I played in AD&D 3rd Ed (pen & paper RPG). Not only did the Evil GameKeeper have her thrown across a room from a Very Angry Dragons breath, I managed to roll ... unlucky. And ended up in a pool of highly combustible liquid (petrol-ish).
Imagine a plate armor white hot, plus gasoline.
Whoomp.
My fellow adventurers scoped my ashes up and managed to pay a local reanimator (!) to get me back to, uhm ... life. Unfortunately, reanimation sort of clashed with my beliefs, so I ended up a chaotic evil paladin.
Now Arthas comes to mind ...
Curse you, dragon! I was not prepared!

This reminds me of that old cartoon game Dragon's Lair.
