Yep, Scatter Shot does not work on mobs that are immune to stuns and disorients. Notably, bosses and many creatures in boss encounters. Marksman does provide our one interrupt, which is naturally on a long cooldown. We also have a few pets that can interrupt, but they also have long cooldowns.
