Just a couple of things to note in your list;

A couple recommended options and some context would be helpful for people. For example, since the earthen ring boots are amazing you may want to grind that reputation first, as you will likely not replace them during the current tier of content. Or, If you are going to buy BoP epics, while the waves card is amazing, the Stormshield is the best bang for your buck and will be hard to replace.

Additionaly since the Bracer slot sucks to fill (only 2 boss drops then Chimron or bust) the conquest 365's are very close to the PVE 346's.

And while some people hate pvp, 2 weeks worth of points nets you an amazing weapon.

David is right about the bracer slot being hard to fill. It took me 2 weeks of farming Deadmines and Blackrock Caverns to get the bracers to drop.
