Agreed. I was thinking that a good way to do it would be to have the Burning Legion strike at Northrend (possibly they're going after what's left of the Lich King) and at Outland (no real justification needed there). Thus, there's a reason for new things to be happening in the two expansions' lands, and the higher-level content can deal with going after the Legion on other worlds. Just a thought.
