Whenever I log in on my Hunter, I always have a quiver on my back even though I use a gun. Is this an issue that other people have had, and is there a fix for it? It's kind of annoying

According to the wonderful commenters we have here at WoW Insider, it's likely because one of the bags you have equipped is actually a quiver. Check and see if that's the case, and if it is, remove it -- you should be golden.

Doubtful. Blizzard has said before that the reasoning behind this is the same for triple specs -- the designers want you to have to make a choice. Think too of how overpowered gathering toons would become in terms of harvesting raw materials. One toon would be able to have all three gathering professions -- they'd mine, herb, and skin. Everyone would do that on at least one toon, and something that everyone does is rarely fun.

Has there been any update on making heirlooms actually bind on account rather than bind on server?

Last night, actually; all signs point to their being Bind on Battle.net Account now. However, it still looks like they'll only be able to be sent to toons on the same sever; but this is a major step in the right direction.

Is it still possible to be killed by Deathwing and get the achievement?

Yes. I was just killed on my main, again, by Deathwing while I was out working on some Loremaster.
