Because this isn't a random drawing, there's no advantage for large guilds to have all their members send in submissions. The situation now is that instead of, say, 30 people from the same guild writing entries, the guild as a group must discuss and agree upon one entry. This is ultimately advantageous for guilds that have even the slightest ability to work together, since it ensures that the guild as a whole is represented, rather than just one member's experience. For example:
Old system:
Sub 1) We're a hardcore guild that does 10 man raids
Sub 2) We're pretty casual since we only raid 3 nights a week
Sub 3) We're a hardcore guild and we run BoT and TotFW
New system:
Sub 1) We're a serious guild that raids BoT and TotFW 10-man 3 nights a week, but we're not elitist jerks about our progression
The new submission is both more complete and offers a more balanced perspective.

We're a guild from Quebec...But if we transfer the lead to one of our US members would we be eligible then ?

Ladies, be forewarned: The Proudmoore jersey shown will expose quite a lot of midriff. This only happens when worn by women.
