I'm not entirely sure that you understood the point that I was trying to get across.Due to the factor that they Imp has a ranged attack while all other pets have a melee attack, it is realistically possible to have 100% DPS equality between all of them. On an encounter such as Chimaeron, it can work out because there is no pet movement. On an encounter such as Atramedes or Twilight Ascendant Council, there's going to be a slight DPS difference in favor of the Imp simply because of it's increased range. We're not speaking in terms of 1,000's of DPS, nor probably even 500 (except for maybe on Atramedes) but it's a value that people will take into consideration. It won't be "You must use the Imp because it is vastly superior to all other pets." it would be "Using the Imp is a minor DPS increase so there isn't a reason not to use it if you don't need any additional pet utility."This would be considered acceptable because, while the Imp may hold a very minor DPS increase, it wouldn't be high enough to be considered a hindrance when you needed to use another pet for their utility.
