Questwise i'm not sure there is a lot different as I didn't do more than the usual few I am familiar with. Sight-wise Thereamore in particular got a bit of a change. They put a nice bridge in going towards Mudsprocket. You should check it out. There's actually an achievement if you haven't gotten it already for going into the zones that were affected by the Cataclysm. Which ashamedly I only got on one of my toons so far :(
