Since they're specifying the hashtag, and have used most of the character limit, the new one is probably preferred. But if you can fit it all in, either should work.

Since this is pretty much a digital prize through a digital medium, I can't understand why we can't participate. I bet you all you want that we people outside the US and Canada can greatly benefit with this :)
Oh well, back to farm 15k gold to buy a game card (pretty common transaction in my server btw)

Why?! WHY?!!! I use Facebook and even use Foursquare... but I really have tried to avoid using Twitter as it promotes even worse narcissistic behavior. Now you have a great givaway prize, and ONLY use Twitter?!
